This quote is so true! A little story I’d like to share; at work I sell shoes, and we are encouraged to also sell shoe care products (like waterproofing sprays) with them. Before, I never used to ask customers whether they were interested in buying some waterproof spray so no-one bought them, but now I do make it a point to ask every time, and half of them say “yes I’d like to buy some spray, what a good idea!”. It’s amazing what can be achieved if a simple little question like that is asked. “If you don’t ask, the answer is always no”. š

I had a similar conversation about something so similar a few days ago. Its true, you never know what someone’s answer will be until you ask. At the best of times, I’m shocked when I hear yes lol. I’ve been there I used to think ” Why would someone want this?”, when realistically there is always someone. The worst anyone can say is no!

Yay glad you liked my story hehe. I’m always surprised when someone says “yes” to something I so thought they would say “no” to. If the worst anyone can say is “no”, I much rather do that than wonder what they would’ve said if I asked š (by this I’m referring to much more than shoe care products haha)

Lol I thought as much, I didn’t think you were suddenly over enthusiastic about shoe care products.It is better to ask, but on the other hand there are certain situations that are far more daunting.
